Its unusual range reflects Kurnoma's governing question: what system would have prevented this harm? She answers by building transport, research, employment, emergency support, and special contracts around problems that ordinary institutions leave stranded.
The Tower and Its People
Nyxium Tower is both headquarters and moral instrument. Kurnoma's employee policies, internal services, and tolerance for unconventional cases reveal more than her public speeches do.
