Kurnoma's athletic silhouette, horn, Oni markings, extra senses, and three-sabre loadout make her look like a storm held just short of release. She does not use every supernatural gift casually. Restraint is part of the authority that keeps terrifying power from becoming ordinary cruelty.
God-Blessed After the Challenge
Seeking an opponent worthy of surviving the Oni, Kurnoma challenged the divine wolf of Amaterasu and forced recognition rather than killing the deity. The resulting form increases her scale and perception and can surface through joy or love as readily as battle.
Three Ships, One Will
The Crimson Gale brigantine balances the fleet, the Bloodfang sloop hunts and pursues, and the Dreadmaw galleon serves as a sea fortress. Together they let Kurnoma answer speed, open combat, and sanctuary without forcing one vessel to perform every role.
Crimson Haven
Behind reef-guarded channels lies the fleet's hidden home and the Laughing Demon tavern at its social center. Enemies describe a demon queen; pirates and civilians under her protection describe a sanctuary-bringer. The contradiction is the core of her captaincy.
